We at Coforge are seeking ServiceNow Developer with the following skill-set:

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in several languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow integrations with SAP for finance and procurement objects (Invoice, Budget, PO, etc.).
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and SAP modules.
• Develop workflows, customizations, and automation to improve process efficiency.
• Provide functional support by understanding business needs (Procurement, Budgeting, Invoicing) and aligning them with technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, IT) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution.

Mandatory Skills

• ServiceNow Experience at-least 5 years
• Experience on ERP integration
• Experience on ERP data model
• Experience on Integration Hub
• Experience on Workspace
• Experience on Decision Table

Good to have Skills

• 7 years + exp in ServiceNow platform (ITSM / ITBM / custom modules).
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP using APIs, web services, or middleware.
• Solid understanding of SAP business processes related to Budgeting, Invoicing, and Procurement (POs)
• Functional experience working with business users to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Good knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and process automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Educational Qualifications

• Preferred : B.tech.
