Servicenow Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our Applications team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules. The candidate will be responsible for the administration, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the platform meets business needs and supports efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize ServiceNow and facilitate the rollout of new modules and features.
• Design and implement automated workflows to improve business processes and enhance user experience.
• Create and customize workspace/portal UI pages.
• Create and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data models.
• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, security configurations, and system upgrades.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the business.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for using ServiceNow modules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, developer or in a similar role. Experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules is a plus.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SPM, and CMDB.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desirable:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
