Must Have worked on Email Notifications,ACL,Reports. ·

Integration,cmdb,virtual agent,serviceportal,custom widget creation ·

Experience on Server-Side Scripting such as Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled jobs and have a fair knowledge of Client-Side Scripting,UI Script and UI Policy ·

Implementation and development for different applications as IM, PM, CM, KM, SRMS, Workflow development, SLA.
