ServiceNow Developer Design configure and customize ServiceNow platform for Daimler in one or more of the following modules ITSM and ITOM, Service Request Management, Integrations Custom reporting, Customer Service Management, Service Portal Experience in working in an agile environment following agile practices Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle At done 1-2 projects in CSM/ FSM / HRSD / TSM / TSOM / Retail Core / S2P modules.Skilled in Customer portal / Employee center portal features implementationHands-on experience in case management workflowsKnowledge of usage on AI search / predictive intelligence GenAI featuresHandson in latest gen UX / UI featurescan develop custom and OOB widgetsbuilding and configuring mobile apps in ServicenowIntegration skills with hands-on rest Api development workPrepare and produce releases of software components Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
