Red Global ServiceNow Designer (Freelance) - Bangalore/ Pune - ASAP START

- Role: ServiceNow Designer
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite India (Bangalore , Pune)
- Capacity: 5 days per week (3 days on site)
- Duration: 12months+
- Language: English
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and trouble-shoot scalable and reusable software systems: 3-tier and cloud-based systems. Actively support configuration management of code and software Support detailed documentation of systems and features.
- Act as liaison between external vendors and internal product, business, engineering, and design teams Provide (technical) support to build, motivate, guide, scale, and mentor team members including performance management coaching.
Experience Required:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow (CSM and/or ITSM, including Integrations)
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM
- Strong client engagement skills
- international project experience
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to engage customer stakeholders
