Job Description
Required Technical Skill Set (Skill Name) : ServiceNow Platform,ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB
Desired Experience Range : 10-15 years
Location of Requirement : Chennai | Pune | Hyderabad | Bangalore
Must-Have
- 10-15 years of Project Management experience especially in ServiceNow Area
- Provide Governance for the various end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Delivery and Project manager, also clients and stakeholders for ensuring objectives and deliverables are met and on track.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ServiceNow modules.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise
- Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ServiceNow project delivery managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends.
Good-to-Have
Minimum 3 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB) and integration technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.

- Understand sales pipeline and team capacity and capabilities and work with practice leadership to adjust staffing plans as needed
- Maintain skills and certification inventory of teams
- Consciously create a workplace culture that supports the values and guiding principles of the organization
- Foster a culture of delivering with quality and care
- Providing technical mentorship and guidance to other Project Managers / Team members.
