Job Description

Required Technical Skill Set (Skill Name) : ServiceNow Platform,ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB

Desired Experience Range : 10-15 years

Location of Requirement : Chennai | Pune | Hyderabad | Bangalore

Must-Have

  1. 10-15 years of Project Management experience especially in ServiceNow Area
  2. Provide Governance for the various end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Collaborate with ServiceNow Delivery and Project manager, also clients and stakeholders for ensuring objectives and deliverables are met and on track.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ServiceNow modules.
  6. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise
  7. Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to ServiceNow project delivery managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  9. Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends.

Good-to-Have

Minimum 3 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

  1. 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations.
  2. Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB) and integration technologies.
  3. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  4. Strong communication and client-facing skills
  5. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  6. PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  7. Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.

  2. Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
  3. Understand sales pipeline and team capacity and capabilities and work with practice leadership to adjust staffing plans as needed
  4. Maintain skills and certification inventory of teams
  5. Consciously create a workplace culture that supports the values and guiding principles of the organization
  6. Foster a culture of delivering with quality and care
  7. Providing technical mentorship and guidance to other Project Managers / Team members.
