Must-Have
• Solution Architect is a key member of the ServiceNow implementation project team and is responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical solutions. The Technical Architect works as a key focal who brings the Technology expertise to fulfill business requirements and deliver the complete solution for the customer utilizing the best BKM’s which are being utilized in the industry
• Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM certification · Must have ServiceNow implementation experience with Proficiency in ServiceNow CSM configuration, customization, and integration · Service Now CSA , CAD certifications
Good-to-Have
• Design and deliver ServiceNow Customer Workflows solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with clients to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs is a must.
• Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities.
• Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution
