Must Have Skills:
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 68 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- At least 2+ years supporting Customer Service organizations .
- Strong hands-on experience with CSM and SPM modules.
- Expertise in client and server-side scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes).
- Experience with Integration Hub , Flow Designer , UI Builder , and Virtual Agent .
- Web services integration experience (SOAP, REST).
- Familiarity with web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3).
- Experience implementing ServiceNow processes and functions.
- Good knowledge of Glide API for advanced scripting.
