Location: PAN INDIA
Work Mode: Hybrid Mode

Job Type: Contract to hire (C2H)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow CSM modules (Case Management, Agent Workspace, Customer Portal).
- Build workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub), business rules, client/server scripts, UI policies, and automation.
- Configure SLAs, notifications, ACLs, data models, service catalogs, and portal components.
- Support upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions while following platform best practices.
Required Skills:
- 68 years overall ServiceNow development experience, with strong CSM expertise.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Script Includes.
- Experience with Service Portal/UI Builder and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of CSM processes, ITIL, and platform architecture.
- Certifications: CSA required; CIS-CSM/CAD preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
