Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow CSM professional to configure and implement CSM Pro in a client environment, with strong exposure to healthcare payer workflows .
Key Responsibilities
- Configure ServiceNow CSM Pro modules (Case Management, Account & Contact Models, Workflows)
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow configurations & designs
- Work with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer & Application Scope
- Configure data models, UI policies, business rules & script includes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Support healthcare payer workflows (member services, claims, provider interactions)
Required Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
- ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist Preferred
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM configuration
- Healthcare domain experience (payer workflows)
- Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration skills
