Role Overview:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with strong functional expertise in the CSM module , along with solid knowledge of ServiceNow scripting concepts, integrations, and data architecture . Experience working in a Domain Separation environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering and solution design for ServiceNow CSM implementations
• Act as SME for Domain Separation , CSM processes, and data model design
• Guide development teams on scripting standards and integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub)
• Define and review table relationships, data mapping, and Transform Maps
• Support UAT, stakeholder discussions, and post-go-live enhancements
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant
• Strong experience with CSM module and Domain Separation
• Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, relationships, and data mapping
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting concepts and integrations
• Working knowledge of Transform Maps and Import Sets
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
