Job Description

Your roleDesign, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB modules including Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio, timesheets and Financial Management.Customize and configure CMDB applications to meet business requirements.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SPM modules.Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesFamiliarity with ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHubYour profileExperience in software development with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM modules and configuration.Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and scripts.
