Job Description
Job Details:-
Required Skills: ServiceNow Integration, CMDB
Total Experience: 5yrs to 15yrs
Work Location: Delhi/NCR*
Notice Period: 0-60 Days only**
Must-Have:
- Experience: 5+ years in ServiceNow.
- Certified with ServiceNow.
- Administrator and ITIL foundation or at least aware of ITIL processes.
- Should have knowledge and implemented the ITSM, ITAM, ITBM and ITOM(CMDB, Discovery and Service mapping) platform modules.
- Should have hands on scripting of ServiceNow (Client Script and Server Script) to under the existing scripts.
- Worked on Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub and Flow designer.
- Hands on integrate and e-Bond ServiceNow with 3rd party applications using REST API and web services.
- Should be able to build the reports and dashboards using report and performance analytics modules.
- Interact with customers, understand their business demands, issues, queries and provide solution.
- Design document(s), presentation(s), educate and demonstration to customers whenever needed.
