Role Overview

Claidroid Technologies is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to design, lead, and govern enterprise ServiceNow implementations. This role is ideal for someone who understands both business strategy and platform architecture and can translate complex requirements into scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions.

You will own the end-to-end solution design, guide development teams, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals
• Lead solutioning across ITSM (mandatory) and exposure to ITOM / CSM / CMDB / CSDM
• Define architecture standards, data models, integration patterns, and customization strategy
• Drive decisions on out-of-the-box vs custom development
• Design and review integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, third-party tools)
• Govern platform performance, security, scalability, and upgrade readiness
• Guide developers and testers through design reviews and best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership
• Support estimations, solution walkthroughs, and technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 814 years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
• Proven experience in solution architecture & design ownership
• Solid understanding of:
• CMDB & CSDM (highly preferred)
• Integrations (REST APIs, MID Server)
• ServiceNow security, roles, ACLs
• Performance, scalability, and governance
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Good to Have

• Exposure to ITOM, CSM, SPM, HRSD
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM), CAD
• Experience working in large enterprise or multi-client environments
• Presales or client-facing solutioning experience
