ServiceNow Business Analyst

Lead requirement discovery workshops , process walkthroughs, and gap analysis sessions across business functions.

Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria .

Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, and integration capabilities .

Ability to conceptualize and document end-to-end business processes and data flows.

Excellent skills in business communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation.

Experience in writing detailed BRDs, FRDs, and functional design documents.

CSA Preferred.
