Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules.
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues.
Conduct formal and informal training sessions with business and technical end users
.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB

Experience with REST/SOAP web services and integrations.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
