Job Description 1. ServiceNow Platform Expertise: A strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its modules and functionalities.
2. JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript for developing custom applications and scripts.
3. Now Assist: Familiarity with Now Assist development along with Agentic Workflow, AI Agents, and Skills is must.
4. ServiceNow ITSM / CSM: A strong experience in enhancing/customizing ITSM and CSM applications in ServiceNow
