Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage ServiceNow Asset Management modules (excluding ITSM).
- Perform asset reconciliation , ensuring accuracy across systems and data sources.
- Support budgeting, cost allocation, and financial mapping related to assets.
- Develop and maintain third-party integrations with ServiceNow, including custom development work.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and technology teams to align asset data and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance across asset management processes.
- Troubleshoot integration and data issues and provide ongoing optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Asset Management (non-ITSM).
- Proven experience in reconciliation, budgeting, and financial mapping .
- Experience with third-party system integrations into ServiceNow.
- Development experience using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), APIs, REST/SOAP , or similar integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and financial controls.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating ERP, finance, or procurement systems with ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow certifications related to Asset Management or Platform Development.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environment
