Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead / Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. The role requires strong hands-on development experience, technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to build scalable and high-quality ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow development teams.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment to ensure quality and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation and support end users when required.
• Stay updated with new ServiceNow features and platform enhancements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, SAM, and HAM.
• Strong experience in building Custom Applications on ServiceNow.
• Expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, including credential-based and credential-less discovery.
• Hands-on experience with MID Server, ITOM integrations, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT Operations concepts.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications (mandatory).
