Job Description
Role: ServiceNow Architect
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead solution design, architecture, and implementation across ServiceNow platforms including ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and SAM. The role involves defining scalable architectures, ensuring alignment with CSDM 4.0, CMDB, ITIL, and driving automation using NOW Assist, Generative AI, and Virtual Agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and technical strategy
- Design scalable data models, integrations, and workflow automation
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and ensure best practice implementations
- Establish governance, CMDB integrity, and platform standards
- Drive innovation using AI, automation, and intelligent workflows
- Mentor teams and contribute to ServiceNow COE capability development
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience
- Expertise in ITSM, HRSD, SPM, or SAM modules
- Strong knowledge of CSDM 4.0, CMDB, ITIL, integrations, and workflows
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, automation, and platform integrations
- Experience with Generative AI, NOW Assist, or Virtual Agents is a plus
Good-to-Have
- Support development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment training and hyper-care activities - Experience in mergers and acquisitions, separations are a strong plus.
