Job Title: CMDB Developer (ServiceNow ITOM)

Job Description

Develop and customize modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management

Good servicenow Scripting knowledge.

Configure UI policies, workflows, flow designer, client scripts, Notifications, Inbound actions, SLA Definitions and business rules.

Exposure in Integration Hub spokes and Integrate with external systems using Oauth2.0.

Manage asset lifecycle across hardware and software portfolios

Experience in CMDB, Import set, Transform Maps and Service catalog, Service portal.

Exposure in ITOM modules: Discovery, Event Management, IRE rules, MID Servers.

Exposure in CMDB data models and Rest Integrations.

Hand-on experience in Servicenow upgrade and cloning instance.

Build automation workflows and monitor system health with Servicenow functionalities.

Experience in Reports, Platform analytics and Performance Analytics.

Experience in WSD(Workplace Service Delivery) and Major Incident Management

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture service management needs and translate them into platform capabilities.

Basic knowledge in the below is Mandatory:

Exposure in ITOM modules? Yes/No

Experience in CMDB and ITSM modules? Yes/No

Experience in Servicenow upgrades and cloning?  Yes/No

Experience in flow designer and Inbound Email Action? Yes/No

Exposure in Major incident Management customization? Yes/No
