Experience : 7-12 years
Location : New Delhi
NP : Immediate to 30 days
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with at least 3 years directly leading implementation teams or complex projects
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Strong background in Enterprise Architecture and cloud-based application design.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API).Expertise in defining and governing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) .
- Deep understanding and practical experience with CMDB, CSDM, and platform security.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide a development team (onshore and offshore).
Good-to-have
- Experience in a client-facing consulting role or professional services environment.
- Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SAM).
- Expertise in a specific module (e.g., ITOM, Security Operations). Hands-on experience with Service Portal/UI Builder and Angular JS
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving and troubleshooting
