Job Description
Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Pune and Chennai (Hybrid)
Experience: 8+ Years
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture & solution design
Strong hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB
Design scalable solutions, integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, APIs) & custom apps
Mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders for enterprise implementations
Ensure best practices, governance, upgrades & platform performance
Must Have:
- 8+ yrs IT experience with 5+ yrs on ServiceNow
- CSA & CIS (ITSM) certified
- Strong ServiceNow scripting & architecture skills
Good to Have: CTA / multiple CIS certifications
