ServiceNow AI Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer with deep expertise in building, integrating, and deploying AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will leverage ServiceNows AI capabilities , such as Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Machine Learning frameworks , to enhance automation, improve user experiences, and drive intelligent decision-making across enterprise workflows.

Design, configure, and develop AI and ML-powered solutions using ServiceNow features such as:

• Now Assist (GenAI)
• Predictive Intelligence
• Virtual Agent / NLU Models
• Performance Analytics & Insights

Experience in developing custom ML/AI integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or external AI services.

Work closely with architects to define AI solution architecture, including data sources, governance, and scalability.

Monitor model performance and continuously fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
