| "Technical Skills: ServiceMax Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceMax modules, features, and functionalities, including but not limited to: Asset Management: Managing assets, maintenance schedules, and lifecycle. Field Service Management: Scheduling, dispatching, and managing field service resources. Work Order Management: Creating, tracking, and managing work orders. Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels and stock. Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports and analyzing data. Data Modeling and Integration: Ability to design and implement data models and integrations with other systems. Customization and Configuration: Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceMax to meet specific business needs. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ServiceMax. Cloud Computing (SaaS): Understanding of cloud-based platforms and ServiceMax's architecture. " |
