Job Description

Lead installation, commissioning, and servicing of engine test cell equipment

Handle advanced troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and control systems

Configure and support PLC, HMI, SCADA, DAQ, and test automation systems

Oversee integration of engines, dynamometers, fuel, cooling, and safety systems.

Manage preventive & breakdown maintenance activities

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers

Mentor junior service engineers and technicians

Coordinate with design, automation, and software teams

Prepare and review commissioning, service, and validation reports

Ensure compliance with EHS, electrical safety, and quality standards

Key Skills

Engine test cell systems & dynamometers

Strong Visual Basic & C# Knowledge

PLC / HMI / SCADA (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred)

Electrical panels, wiring & schematics

Sensors & instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, speed, torque)

Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems

Strong troubleshooting & leadership skills

Customer handling & site coordination

Preferred Skills

Automotive OEM or engine R&D test lab experience

Knowledge of Engine testing equipments & emission testing systems

Project or team lead exposure
