B.Tech / B.E. in Technical or Printing disciplines

Role Overview

We are looking for a Trainee Engineer Service (Production Printing) to support the installation,

commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of high-end laser production printing systems (Color

and Mono). After completion of training and field induction, the role will involve direct customer

interaction across Graphic Arts, Copy Shops, and Transactional Printing environments, ensuring optimal

machine performance and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support installation and commissioning of high-end production printing machines (Color & Mono)

Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown calls to ensure maximum equipment uptime

Provide on-site technical support to customers in Graphic Arts, Copy Shop, and Transactional Printing

segments

Maintain accurate service documentation and comply with defined SLAs

Ensure timely resolution of service issues to enhance customer satisfaction

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Basic exposure or understanding of Graphic Arts, Copy Shop, and Transactional Printing workflows

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Preferred Profile

Knowledge of Color and Mono Production Printing technology

Willingness to travel as per service and customer requirements
