Job Description

  • Build strong and active relationships with clients (UHNI/ Family Offices).
  • Ensure quick resolution and keeping client informed about the progress for their transactions.
  • Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and absence of problem incidence.
  • Proactively escalating potential issues/concerns.
  • Providing MIS and statements as required by clients. Liaise with various internal and external operations teams to keep a track of all customer investments/queries.
  • Ensuring account opening and documentation is completed within TAT.
  • Ensuring internal and external regulatory guidelines are followed.
  • Suggesting internal process improvements.
  • Maintaining and updating of client records at periodic intervals and acting as a sole point of contact for RMs, Clients and the Operations Team.
