Job Description
- Build strong and active relationships with clients (UHNI/ Family Offices).
- Ensure quick resolution and keeping client informed about the progress for their transactions.
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and absence of problem incidence.
- Proactively escalating potential issues/concerns.
- Providing MIS and statements as required by clients. Liaise with various internal and external operations teams to keep a track of all customer investments/queries.
- Ensuring account opening and documentation is completed within TAT.
- Ensuring internal and external regulatory guidelines are followed.
- Suggesting internal process improvements.
- Maintaining and updating of client records at periodic intervals and acting as a sole point of contact for RMs, Clients and the Operations Team.
