Job Description

The Service Officer will be a key member of the Corporate Employee Solutions team, working closely with the Regional Sales department to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The officer will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute sales strategies, focusing on corporate clients. Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target new corporate clients and expand the bank's market share.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design and deliver tailored financial solutions for corporate clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies to enhance the bank's competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to corporate clients, showcasing the bank's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards in all sales activities.
