Job Description

Mandatory Skills : ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow Connected Ops, ServiceNow ITOM-Discovery

Involvement to design and implement ITOM solutions that align with business objectives and improve overall IT operations

Involvement to develop and maintain the architecture for CMDB Discovery Service Mapping Orchestration Event Management and CSDM

CMDB Management

Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of the CMDB ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Develop strategies for data normalization reconciliation and governance

Discovery and Service Mapping

Lead the implementation and optimization of Discovery tools and processes

Design and maintain service maps to provide visibility into service dependencies and impact analysis

Event Management

Design and implement event management strategies to ensure effective monitoring and response to IT events and incidents

Integrate event management tools with other ITOM components for end to end visibility and automation

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

Work closely with cross functional teams including IT Operations Development and Business Units to gather requirements and deliver solutions
