What we are looking for

Must Have

·       Good competency in Configuring and customize on modules ITSM, of ServiceNow depending on the business Requirement.

·       Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes.

·       Experience on Catalog Development and Flow Designer creation.

·       Must Possess hands on experience on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

·       Expertise on Incident Management - Incident Resolution and Escalation Process, SLA Management

·       Problem Management - Root Cause Analysis Problem Resolution and Workarounds

·       Change Management – Risk Assessment and Impact Analy sis, Change Planning and Scheduling to Change Implementation expertise on the Change management Lifecycle.

·       Strong Understanding on Knowledge Management.

·       Must have a Hands-on experience with Java Script and ServiceNow Scripting Language
