Were looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in CMDB to design, develop, and optimize CMDB solutions. This role focuses on enhancing data integrity, automation, and integrationno testing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable CMDB solutions in ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain CI classes, relationships, and data models.
• Integrate CMDB with discovery tools (e.g., ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM).
• Automate data population, reconciliation, and normalization.
• Ensure CMDB data quality and compliance with ITIL standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CMDB with business needs.
• Create scripts, workflows, and documentation for CMDB processes.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Solid understanding of ITIL, especially Configuration Management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
