Job Description
- At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform strategy, governance, and solution architecture.
- Ideation, design, and development of ServiceNow platform.
- Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow collecting requirements, writing implementation plans,creating workflows, write JavaScript, customize the UI, and manage groups & roles.
- Manage ServiceNow instances (dev, test, prod) including upgrade process and promotion of changes between environments.
- Coordinate with other ServiceNow resources to define development standards and processes to promote code changes within the instances
- Utilize web services (SOAP and REST), email and other relevant technology to integrate 3rd party systems with ServiceNow
