Role: Service Now Developer

Work Mode: Hybrid

Locations: Location: Gr.Noida/Hyderabad /Pune

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Shift Timings: 7AM to 4PM (Morning Shift)

Must have :

ITOM with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management & Service Mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB following CSDM (Common Service Data Model) best practices.

- Configure and customize CMDB classes, relationships, identification rules, and reconciliation rules.

- Implement and manage ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Health Dashboards.

- Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and compliance.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Develop and customize using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Workflows/Flows.

- Support CMDB population through Discovery and integrations.

- Troubleshoot CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM-related issues and provide root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and application teams.

- Participate in upgrades, patching, and platform performance optimization.

- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practice recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development.

- Hands-on expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM.

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.

- Solid understanding of CI lifecycle and data governance.

- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

- Knowledge of cloud and on-prem infrastructure.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS CMDB/ITOM preferred).
