Service Now Administrator

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Configure and customize ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, access controls, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Support upgrades and new module implementations.
• Provide training and documentation for end users.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
• Minimum of five (5) combined years direct experience with support of ServiceNow as a ServiceNow Administrator (preferably in a healthcare setting)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and governance. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technology
• Strong written/verbal communication skills and must be capable of maintaining superior customer relations in a fast-paced environment.
