Job Description

  • Building strong and active relationships with clients. Ensure quick resolution and keeping clients informed about the progress in cases
  • Ensure highest level of client satisfaction and absence of problem incidence.
  • Proactively escalate potential issues/concerns.
  • Knowledge of MFs, Structure Product, PMS, AIF, Broking, Bonds/NCD.
  • Providing MIS and statements as required by clients. Liaising with various internal and external operations teams to keep a track of all customer investments/queries.
  • Ensure account opening and documentation is completed within TAT.
  • Ensure internal and external regulatory guidelines are followed.
  • Suggesting internal processes improvements.
  • Maintaining and updating of client records at periodic intervals and act as a single point of contact for RMs, Clients and the Operations Team.
  • Min 3 years of experience working in Private Banking industry
