Alongside PMS, we have a vast network of investment advice-seeking retail clients across the globe. AUM and AUA as of August 2023 are north of $100 million.

We are constantly expanding our retail and PMS reach through fintech platforms and we require motivated, self-learning individuals to join our team and take up responsibilities.


About the role:

As a service manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operations of our service department for a heightened level of client satisfaction. This includes leading a team of service professionals to deliver outstanding service experiences while optimising efficiency and productivity. You will also manage service contracts, track performance metrics and handle all requests within the deadline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all RMs, ensuring their service needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle documentation and tax-related queries from clients, providing accurate and timely responses or coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with team office on client status updates, attestation processes, courier deliveries, and other operational matters.
  • Address client inquiries regarding performance reports, tax-related issues, research report requests, and other service-related queries.
  • Collaborate with the Team to gather necessary information and ensure comprehensive responses to client queries.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client returns, stock holdings, cash positions, and other relevant information to facilitate smooth operations and informed decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven 1-2 yrs experience in client services or relationship management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products and services, including tax implications and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
