Summary: As a Service Management Practitioner, you will support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Kolkata and should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. - Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Assist in the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Support the implementation and execution of service management processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Strong understanding of service management principles and practices. - Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management. - Knowledge of IT service delivery and support processes. - Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based in Kolkata. - A Graduation degree is required.
