Summary: As a Service Management Practitioner, you will support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Indore and should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. - Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Provide support in the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Assist in managing and resolving issues and risks related to service management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices. - Experience in coordinating projects and managing contracts. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service management. - Familiarity with service delivery processes and tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with incident management and problem management. - Experience in service level agreement (SLA) management. - Knowledge of service catalog management and service request fulfillment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based in Indore. - A Graduation degree is required.
