Summary: As a Service Management Practitioner, you will support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Hyderabad and should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). A 15 years full-time education is required for this position. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Assist in the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Support the implementation of service management processes and procedures. - Provide guidance and support to team members in service management activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of service management principles and practices. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service management. - Experience in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs). - Ability to analyze and improve service management processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
