Project Role Description : Support the delivery of programs, projects or managed services. Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda.

Summary: As a Service Management Practitioner, you will support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Gurugram and should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. - Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Provide support in the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Assist in managing critical incidents and ensuring timely resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices. - Experience in managing critical incidents and ensuring timely resolution. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with incident management tools. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management. - This position is based in Gurugram. - A Graduation degree is required.
