Project Role Description : Support the delivery of programs, projects or managed services. Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Summary: As a Service Management Practitioner, you will support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices. - Experience in managing service delivery and ensuring SLA compliance. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based in Bengaluru. - A 15 years full-time education is required. Job Description Collaborate with other teams on reporting, Incident, change, and Problem management capabilities Service Level Management Support continuous improvement and organization development activities Coordinate changes with operations, including directing the change management process and executing Change Board meetings Prepare data and coordinate Governance meetings Assessment and selection of incidents that should be addressed in problem management process Implement problem management process with contract teams, including preparing for and conducting post incident review meetings Quality Audits; summarize findings; work with delivery team leads to determine remedial actions Drive first draft of client facing and internal reports to final approval. Amend metric gap and trending analysis based on client account knowledge.
