Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. - Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Oversee the successful delivery of services and ensure customer satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices. - Experience in managing incidents and ensuring timely resolution. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in incident management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions. - Experience in coordinating projects and managing contracts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Incident Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
