You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Oversee the successful delivery of services and ensure customer satisfaction. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Responsible for team decisions. - Manage and collaborate with the team to perform at their best. - Contribute to the growth and development of team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices. - - Experience in managing and delivering projects or managed services. - - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - - Strong leadership and team management abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based in Bengaluru. - A 15 years full-time education is required. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and acting as software detectives to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. - Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting. - Experience with incident management and problem management. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes.
