Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Strong understanding of service delivery operations. - Experience in managing programs, projects, or managed services. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based in Bengaluru. - A 15 years full-time education is required. Summary: As a Microsoft M365 Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and Online services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve reviewing and integrating technical architecture requirements and utilizing your expertise in Microsoft 365 and email Security. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workplace Technology Solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- - Strong understanding of technical architecture requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. - Experience in reviewing and integrating technical architecture requirements. - Hands-on in Exchange/M365 Administration - Designing The Messaging Environment. -working knowledge on hybrid Messaging environment. -Securing Microsoft O365 Environment with Compliance and Security center. -create and configure Retention policy as per requirement. -working knowledge on AD connect/ Entra connect -Email Authentication including SPF,DKIM and DMARC - Working knowledge on Microsoft Entra ID
