JD:
Project management – Experience in managing the execution of project plans, including coordinating teams, allocating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met
Risk management – Experience in Identification of potential risks and put in place measures to mitigate them
Communication – Should be effective communicator to Facilitate communication between teams to reduce misunderstandings and maximize productivity
Client liaison - Should be escalation POC for the delivery and primary point of contact for clients
Supplier and customer relations - Manage contacts and track the financial management with the budgets
Governance – Should manage governance and run monthly meetings, prepare performance delivery reports, drive Continual service improvements and drive innovation
IT delivery manager should have below not limited to:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in technology support like windows, VMWare, or any infrastructure services
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills
- Good experience in IT service management with exposure to major ITSM process
- Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
