What you’ll do:

WE are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service line Manager(SLM) for Professional Services  lifecycle services. In this role, you will focus on leading the customer projects across the globe, regional engagement, communication, working with internal teams to drive the changes etc., The ideal candidate will have good  technical, interpersonal skills and will be able to switch comfortably from a technical conversation to a business focused one.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates team’s ability to provide seamless delivery and excellent service to customers/stakeholders.  Own the attainment of the Total Customer Experience measures and promote a strong customer service culture.

  • Leads and manages the customers project delivery

  • Cascade key information and business metrics to Teams on a regular basis

  • Continuously engage with regional stakeholders through regular meetings

  • Engage with internal stakeholders as and when need arises to handle any project related issues

  • Partner with Strategic Skills and Enablement Team to ensure team has working knowledge and take advantage of the various learning opportunities

  • Responsible for consistently meeting the projects/tasks level metrics

  • Partner with internal teams to assist in new program or any change implementation

  • Collaborate with internal teams/peers/region to innovate, create, develop the new services

  • Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project

  • Lead agent of change

  • Partner with Strategic Skills and Enablement Team to ensure team has working knowledge and take advantage of the various learning opportunities.

  • Ensure the policies and procedures are complied with  and that audit deficiencies are rectified.

  • Systemic analysis and management of the Service Excellence competencies, capabilities, knowledge sharing, effective back up structure and onboarding of new colleagues.

What you need to bring:

  • Good working knowledge on Linux,  HPE Storage or Compute systems

  • Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.

  • Ability to identify and draw on leading-edge analytical tools and techniques to develop creative approaches and new insights to client issues.

  • Ability to independently draft and present client deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies.

  • Superior analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives.

  • Business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies.

  • Superior project management skills, including time and risk management, and project structuring.

  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key company Services, operational policies, processes and internal tools(SFDC/PSA)
