Your RoleDesign and implement HRSD modules such as Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.Customize HR workflows and UI components using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Service Portal.Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.Maintain HR data integrity across the HR Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, and employee records.Your Profile6–12 years of enterprise IT experience, with a focus on ServiceNow development and HRSD module customization.Expert in designing and implementing HR workflows, business rules, and client/server-side scripts using JavaScript.Strong hands-on experience in HRSD modules like Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.Skilled in configuring ServiceNow solutions to meet HR business requirements and enhance employee experience.Proficient in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with external HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs.What will you love working at CapgeminiWork with the latest ServiceNow tools and practices aligned with its roadmap for innovative, future-ready HR solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders.Contribute to large-scale rollouts and multi-country implementations of HRSD modulesCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
