Qualification:
Bachelor's in Science, Engineering or equivalentResponsibility:
Customer Engagements:
- • Govern Build activities (hardware & software configuration) with business impact understanding of customer environment and contribute to improve Build process.
- • Ensure Adherence to customer security and compliance requirements.
- • Implementation of approved change requests in line with customer change management process.
- • Adherence to customer communication etiquettes.
- • Timely execution of tasks as per plan.
Requirements Gathering:
- • Work with the ITIS team on requirement gathering using Industry/Cognizant/Client standard methodologies and tools.
Design & Solutioning:
- • Handle specific technologies within projects.
- • Understand technical requirement and translate into design.
Project Governance:
- • Contribute to project plan creation, product selection, roadmap definition, solution identification and execution.
- • Perform technical analysis & UAT and ensure quality expectations are met.
- • Assist the Senior Consultants/Managers in project planning, status reporting and ensure adherence to Project Milestones.
- • Prepare templates, checklist and guidelines on Due diligence, Transitions and KT.
- • Understand various technical tools used in the project (third party as well as homegrown) to improve efficiency as well as productivity.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- • Interact with the ITIS team and ensure user / customer / first level management is taken care by them regularly.
- • Coordinate, collaborate and negotiate with multiple Cognizant stakeholders for solutions.
Knowledge Management:
- • Conduct technical trainings, webinar to fellow peers and other teams across cognizant.
Team/People Management:
- • Participate in new technology trainings and conduct sessions for peers/other associates.
- • Participate in recruitment and act as a buddy to new hires.
- • Work towards team building and collaboration as well as mentor the new onboarded resources for them to get acquainted with the system.
- • As part of a team, exhibit leadership in terms of supporting peers and coaching ITIS team members wherever possible for them to be able to deliver as per the business requirements and expectations.
Quality & Process:
- • Constantly review the process, policies and procedures to identify areas of improvement and share to the customer as well as team.
- • Ensure changes to the process/policies/procedures are updated because of new technology/project implementation.
- • To attend audits and provide evidences.
Personal Excellence:
- • Ensure continuous Learning & Development for self by undertaking individual certifications related to domain and technology requirements.
Business Development Support:
- • Capture and present project’s capabilities to prospective customers in a way that highlights the unique selling proposition of that project/solution.
- • Identify opportunity areas in each domain and work with the subject matter experts and process experts to develop the capabilities and goto market strategy.
- • Assist Manager in internal/external presentations by gathering relevant information and presenting best practices and case studies.
Thought Leadership:
- • Contribute to thought leadership and IP through white papers, research and presentations for internal audience, and POC development (proof of concept) along with technical groups as applicable.
- • Proactively research industry trends to identify and propose appropriate technology transformation solutions.
