Service Governance Lead

The Service Governance Lead will work closely with one of our strategic partners to ensure service levels are met and that actions are driven where improvements are needed. The role will support activities related to the contracted SLAs and future re-contracting. It will work with ITSM process owners and technical leads to ensure the service runs efficiently and effectively. This includes the management of critical issues as and where they arise. It will support and facilitate deep dives into SLA failure and bring together the right people to remediate the issue. This role will also support our ITSM Reporting product to ensure it is working as expected and that customer feedback is collated, managed, and fed into our continuous improvement process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with strategic partners to ensure service levels are met and drive improvement actions.
• Support activities related to contracted SLAs and future re-contracting.
• Work with ITSM process owners and technical leads to ensure efficient and effective service operations.
• Support the ITSM Reporting product, ensuring it functions as expected and incorporates customer feedback into continuous improvement processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in service governance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using ServiceNow to check tickets and create reports
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL)
